BECOMING ONEKEY AGENT:

1- Must have Insurance License (Life, P&C) in California, Texas, Georgia, or Virginia
2- Must have own E&O and Insurance Bond
3- Binding and Issuing Authorities granted for working with Hartford, Allied, Travelers, Fidelity, Metlife, CNA, Foremost ...
4- Compute and submit your own monthly Commission using previledge access to accounting systems
5- No Production Quotas, however, sub-code will be reset if there is no activity in the Major Carriers Log-in System in 60 days
6- We are not a MGA. Definition of managing general agent (MGA) A wholesale insurance intermediary with the authority to accept placements from (and often to appoint) retail agents on behalf of an insurer. Managing general agents generally provide underwriting and administrative services, such as policy issuance, on behalf of the insurers they represent. These arrangements are most common in the surplus lines marketplace. Typically, MGAs market more unusual coverage, such as professional liability, for which specialized expertise is required to underwrite policies. MGAs benefit insurers because such expertise is not always available within the company and would be more costly to develop on an in-house basis.
MGA represent the Insurers, not the Agents
7- Your policies always belong to you. If Agent decides to quit (or being terminated) he or she has up to 365 days to move his or her policies to other Agencies or MGA
